Are you currently an ACA qualified Head of Finance/Financial Controller in a high growth Saas/Technology-driven business and looking for more of an opportunity to progress in your career within an exciting business with a fantastic product? I am working with a high growth, Venture Capital backed Saas business that own 56% of their respective market space, have a fantastic culture, and are looking to continue the impressively rapid growth they’ve been experiencing recently by bringing someone in to fill Head Of Finance role and grow within the business to become a Finance Director within the business Working in the finance department of this rapidly growing company will provide a vast amount of exposure to working within a high performing, highly motivated team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a small finance team and gain some valuable senior experience within a company that is also social, dynamic and fast-paced and a fantastic employee satisfaction rate. Key responsibilities include: Manage external accounting staff for both the UK, US and India Business partner with key teams i.e. Sales, Tech, Product and HR to help them deliver on growth plans, pin-point issues and provide solutions Manage and Own month-end accounting and reporting process Produce monthly management reporting packs, including performance metrics, analysis vs growth plan and key financial information Manage year-end audit process In order to be considered you must: Have 4 years minimum experience, with a preference in a SaaS, technology or high growth start-up environment Preferably ACA but ACCA/CIMA would be considered Have experience with international companies doing business in multiple markets If you are a strong personality who is sociable, ambitious, confident and always keen to get the job done and you want to work in a rapidly growing business with an exciting creative background then this is the role for you So, what are you waiting for?
