JR353 - Head of Communications - Financial Technology - Permanent - London - £100k - £130k bonus/benefits Our FinTech client has been established for over 20 years and hiring a brand new opportunity to the business - Head of Communications. The postholder will be responsible for developing and implementing a global communications strategy. You will predominantly drive PR, raising the business profile and working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation. Working with various tech stakeholders you will be comfortable working within these environments and understand how to translate technical language into engaging communications. You will also take responsibility to engage the employees across the organisation, a willingness to be hands on a must. Once established the postholder will have the opportunity to build out a team and ideally have prior experience with this. To be considered: Experienced communicator, ideally working for a large Technology or Financial Tech organisation Global experience ideally, worked across EMEA and US market Developed and implemented a communications strategy Strong PR experience - raising business profile, positioning speakers Proactive / reactive media relations Internal communications experience Comfortable working with tech driven stakeholders, able to translate technical language to a wide audience Excellent key stakeholder management at C suite level This opportunity is being managed by James Reeves at McGregor Boyall McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
