Overview
The Global Insurance Organisation I am partnered with are seeking a Compliance Analyst to come on board. The position is to join a growing team of Analysts and Managers and you will report into the Head of Compliance. Having been traditionally founded back in the 1800's, they have grown into the large multinational firm that we know today. As an organisation the business areas they cover include Consulting, Risk Modelling, Technology and Actuarial. The Compliance team are proactively working to generate sustainable value, deliver good client outcomes and protect against regulatory risk. They also have a core focus on building and maintaining regulatory relationships. They are seeking an experienced and engaging Compliance Analyst who has had exposure to reviewing policies and procedures, giving advice on appropriate controls to support the policies and somebody who undertakes horizon scanning to identify upcoming developments. You will provide and maintain an excellent knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and be at the forefront in a leading role in determining the response to regulatory change. You will undertake horizon scanning to identify upcoming development within the UK framework and issue communications across the whole business informing them of upcoming initiatives and changes. You will bring with you great experience from within an Insurance/Broking environment and one that has been highly regulated. Your ability to work well in a team but also work to tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment will be paramount for this position. You will be committed to your continuous professional development and you'll want to maintain excellent understanding of regulatory developments. You will come with an open mind and the attitude to make a positive impact to ultimately drive forward this growing compliance function.
