That’s where you come in We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful, integrated communications campaigns to join our thriving Food & Drink team. You’ll be managing PR programmes for some of the UK’s best-known food and drink brands. You’ll have an opportunity to play a pivotal role across your client accounts, truly owning client relationships across a diverse portfolio. You’ll be responsible for coaching and motivating talented account executives and assistants, plus establishing the trust, confidence and respect of your clients through the effective day-to-day management of PR and Social Media programmes. We’re looking for a confident team leader with excellent communication and project management skills, and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll be passionate about all types of media, from traditional to influencer-led and social, and ideally have experience working on communications programmes for FMCG clients. F&D Account Manager Your Role These will vary according to client programmes, but you can expect your role to include: Client Relations - Working with the team to provide best in class service and deliver innovative communications solutions to support clients’ business objectives Media Relations – All aspects of media relations, including writing news releases, features and briefing sheets to specified formats, styles and deadlines; organising interviews, liaising with journalists; identifying and maximising opportunities for coverage, ensuring up-to-date feature opportunity lists, gaining an in-depth knowledge of target media and understanding of their needs/how they work – including use of all available tools Social Media – Supporting with content creation, reviewing drafts of monthly social content for clients and overseeing community management Project Management - Managing programmes, campaigns and projects involving off and online media, social media and social networking engagement Writing - Other aspects of copy writing including literature, newsletters, social media, reports, etc. Influencer engagement – Understanding how to scope out potential influencers and engage with them to secure opportunities on a free and paid-for basis Events – Managing the organisation of press and other events and functions New Business - Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to preparing proposals and, where appropriate, taking part in new business presentations Supplier Liaison - Briefing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers (printers, photographers, designers etc) and managing the resulting work to appropriate time, financial quality and creative standards and parameters Click ' APPLY NOW' .
