Travel Litigation Solicitor - Catastrophic/Large Loss claims A Travel Litigation or Catastrophic/Large Loss Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their award winning Catastrophic/Large Loss International Travel Litigation department. The role will involve managing a caseload of high profile defendant matters to include Rome II/Cross border claims. The work will have an emphasis on catastrophic injury and large loss and the team handles a wide range of high value claims involving acquired brain injury, spinal cord damage and amputation. Ideally we are looking for Solicitors with International Travel claims experience, however we are also happy to consider Catastrophic/Large Loss Solicitors who are looking to get into the Travel arena. We are also happy to consider both Claimant and Defendant Solicitors.
