USA & Caribbean Reservations Supervisor - Luxury Tour Operator - A very well established, highly regarded and award-winning Luxury Travel Company are recruiting for their next key role based in their impressive office in Didsbury, South Manchester. Due to continual success this unique opportunity has become available for an exceptional travel professional that has worked within the travel industry, ideally in a similar role as a Supervisor or Team Manager for a Tour Operator within a long haul and luxury tailormade travel environment. This role would also suit a senior luxury travel consultant that has extensive tailormade travel experience with knowledge of assisting and leading travel consultants with experience in travel sales and service coaching that are looking for their next career move in to a supervisory role. A pivotal role within the reservations team, the reservations supervisor supports their specialist USA & Caribbean team while also leading by example in the delivery of exceptional service to travel agent partners. You will actively create exceptional itineraries truly tailored to clients' needs and also directly develop and deepen effective personal relationships with agent partners. The ability to confidently supervise and inspire an expert team is key, as is the ability to deputise for your manager as required. Comfortable providing feedback to the team, you will support them in achieving their goals. Reservations Supervisor duties for this Luxury Tour Operator : - Day to day team supervision, motivating luxury USA & Caribbean travel specialists to achieve business targets and personal goals Achieve personal monthly sales and service targets Create a culture of service excellence, professionalism and empowerment Assist the manager with the development of the team, creating training programmes and personal growth plans Maintain and leverage effective working relationships with the other reservations teams; work flexibly to support them as demand dictates Develop deep travel agent relationships ensuring the team looks beyond their travel arrangements to understand and anticipate their needs Enhance your personal knowledge of luxury travel and service by attending conferences, supplier events and travelling on overseas familiarisation trips On a rota basis provide out of hours support on the 24hr emergency duty phone Benefits of working as Reservations Supervisor for this Luxury Tour Operator include: - Working in their exceptional office in Didsbury. An excellent basic salary between up to £24,000 dependant on transferable skills and experience.
