Overview
An international bank currently requires an assistant relationship manager to provide support to a team of experienced development finance/ real estate relationship managers. Duties to include proving an excellent level of customer service to the established portfolio, account opening new customers, detailing all property loans and preparing facility letters. Successful applicants will have at least 2 years relationship management support experience, ideally within the property lending /real estate space and have experience analysing financial statements where requested. This role could serve as an excellent steppingstone towards becoming a development finance RM or could offer scope for an already experienced assistant relationship manager to build on their development finance skills in a busy, fast paced team. Please note: This role is available on a 1 year fixed term contract, therefore candidates that are already employed on a permanent basis should consider this arrangement before applying for the role.
