Project Manager - Are you a Project Manager who enjoys working projects from an initial idea and seeing that through to handover? Year on year growth and a review of their top strategic projects for 2020 has left them with the need to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their team With plenty of work to get stuck into, a significant project to upgrade a shared legacy platform to Microservices architecture is an immediate focus for this year. This role would suit a traditional Project Manager who's strengths are taking an idea from the business, completing a feasibility study and seeing that project through to handover. Although you will be working in an agile environment, they have Agile Delivery Managers in the business, the emphasis of this role is reporting, governance and managing budgets. What they are looking for from a Project Manager Experience in managing software development projects from initiation phase through to hand over. This role will involve stakeholder management from the board level down. We would expect you to have a similar experience as an IT Project Manager of managing stakeholders at the same level. Experience in creating and managing budgets. Experience in managing risks and implementing governance on projects. What they are offering you in return?
