In this rewarding and challenging role, you will manage the temporary recruitment life-cycle from identifying and processing temporary shift vacancy orders, carrying out job briefings with clinical managers, to facilitating sourcing via suppliers, shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews and advising on pay rate negotiations. All with the aim to maximise client fill rates and improve client service delivery through excellent booking practices, meeting trust compliance requirements, recruitment, planning, and supplier management. Key responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing via secondary suppliers, shortlisting, screening, arranging and conducting interviews to salary negotiations, closing and onboarding, all whilst following the trust compliance requirements. Receive and process all Medical Locum and Allied Health Professional (AHP) job orders via the INGAGE technology platform. Support the recruitment process in line with agreed processes and compliance and in conjunction with Trust needs and supply chain agreements. Establish close partnerships with the Master Vendor supplier and stakeholders to build a pipeline or workers in response to the trust’s vacancy requirements. Ensure workers details are submitted onto the trusts ESR via the trust laptop Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice and share back with the trust. Provide a flexible, co-operative role covering for the absence of colleagues and the demands of the department.
