The Consultancy Group is excited to partner with a high-growth, high-end retailer on a newly created Assistant Accountant role to join their talented team The successful individual will be joining a collaborative team who is on a mission to be the best in the industry. Main Responsibilities: Preparing monthly management accounts Posting monthly journals, prepayments, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations Active involvement in budget and forecasts for the Finance Director Daily and weekly sales reporting VAT returns Employee expenses Providing accurate insight into company performance to senior stakeholders Candidate Profile: Previous experience within a similar role Retail/FMCG experience desired but not essential Actively or prepared to study ACCA/ACA Ability to adapt with a fast-growth business Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance profiles Benefits: Study support Opportunity to really make the role your own Substantial discount on the brand Monthly office socials Discounted gym membership Summer hours If you want to join an admired brand who wants their staff to be successful, please apply today
