Overview
Accounts Receivable Clerk Northolt, Middlesex £25,000 Pension Parking This award winning Company are seeking an efficient Accounts Receivable Clerk to take on and manage multiple client accounts and minimise the risk a bad debt. Some of your duties will include: - Raising sales invoices and credit notes, posting invoices onto the accounts system - Monitoring client accounts and ensuring that payment terms and conditions of business are adhered to - Chasing overdue payments by telephone, email and correspondence, agreeing repayment schedules - Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved - Reconciling client accounts and preparing weekly debtor reports for the management team - Assisting with the purchase ledger process during busy periods Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
