Dynamics 365 Support Analyst - Horsforth - c£50k Benefits (inc Life assurance, Income protection, free parking) Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services. As a D365 Functional Support Analyst, you will provide D365 support across the business. Responsibilities will include: Management of calls generated for Dynamics 365 Work with SMEs to build knowledgebase articles and ‘How do I?’ literature Lead the support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations Determine the upgrades for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead a smooth transition from the Project Implementation phase to Operations phase and ensure good technical support is provided to staff Problem solve solutions for issues arising in a timely and efficient manner Skills required for the role include; 3 years Dynamics 365 IT experience Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other modules Microsoft SQL Server understanding Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations Excellent communication and problem solving skills Please send a CV if you would like further information on this Dynamics 365 Support Consultant vacancy.
