Job Title: Infrastructure Manager (Projects Focused) Salary: £45k Location: Truro Acorn is searching for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join a well-established IT Solutions provider based in Truro in a project focused role. The company provide complex IT solutions &managed services to varied national clients, as Infrastructure Manager you will be focused on delivering effective BAU & project work in addition to acting as hands on technical lead & escalation point. Examples of projects include network design & implementation, VoIP system instillation, unified communications implementation & server upgrades. Responsibilities Include: Managing BAU & Project workstreams ensuring delivery is on time and to the required standard. Acting as the Technical Lead & escalation point for key clients. Assisting with specification, design and configuration of technical solutions. Line management of projects team. Essential Experience Required: Active hardware (Firewalls, switches, routers and NAS/SANs) Expert with Windows Server Administration & Office 365 implementation.
