Law Firm - Truro £ Excellent Salary & Benefits and Annual Bonus This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South West’s most progressive mid-sized law firms. Due to expansion in business applications and new technologies our client is seeking an additional skilled Technical Application Support Analyst for their ICT team. You will be based at their Truro office with the requirement to travel occasionally to their St Austell and Exeter offices. This is a full-time opportunity working 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday. You will be working alongside other Support Engineers and the wider ICT team based in their St Austell and Exeter offices, providing front line support. With a customer focused, can-do attitude you will take ownership of incidents as they occur and through their life cycle, ensuring robust solutions are reached in a timely manner. You will maintain professional, helpful and timely communication with your customers. You will set up and configure desktops and laptops, manage user accounts, install authorised software and ensure security and upgrades are kept up-to-date. As a proactive individual you will work to improve IT systems by collating user feedback and sharing your thoughts with the wider team. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office (including MS Office 365) is essential. You will have experience using cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Azure and be able to show good knowledge of deploying and project managing upgrades and new solutions. You will have knowledge of web-based technologies including Microsoft IIS and excellent working knowledge of MS Active Directory and Group Policy. Microsoft Windows Server administration experience is necessary along with knowledge of Windows 10 configuration and deployment. SQL database administration and query skills would be advantageous but not essential.
