Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Application Support Analyst to join our ICT team. This is a full time and permanent position working from Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required from time to time including occasional evenings and weekends. A full driving licence is essential as the role will require travel to our other offices. The Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of Technical Application Support Analyst is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. You will become an expert in the applications assigned to you with responsibility for identifying problem trends, planning application upgrades, installation of new releases and migration to new systems. You may also get involved in data analytics and writing reports and specifications for IT projects. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office (including MS Office 365) is essential. You will have experience using cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Azure and be able to show good knowledge of deploying and project managing upgrades and new solutions. You will have knowledge of web based technologies including Microsoft IIS and excellent working knowledge of MS Active Directory and Group Policy. Microsoft Windows Server administration experience is necessary along with knowledge of Windows 10 configuration and deployment.
