Overview

A well-respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a competent and diligent Clerk of Works to work on Public Sector and Local Authority projects across London, Surrey, and Essex. The Role The Clerk of Works will utilise comprehensive knowledge of the build process to assess construction schemes and ensure adherence to Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Contractual Documents. Projects include: Mainly New Build and Refurbishment work Housing Schemes, Flats, Local Authority and Large Developments Decent Home Act work The Company The Clerk of Works will join a well-respected multi-disciplinary consultancy with circa 250 staff across 6 offices. They offer Chartered Surveying, Project Management, Architectural, M&E, Health and Safety and Engineering services to Public and Private sector clients. They deliver these services from a number of long-term framework agreements that they pride themselves on being included on. The Person The successful Clerk of Works will be able to produce comprehensive reports of any issues found when reviewing Public Sector, Residential projects.
