As part of our flexi team you will work to help cover in ratio for lunches, breaks, holidays, busy periods Requirements * To work as part of our teams to provide safe stimulating environments for children * To supervise children and take a shared responsibility for their safeguarding * To support our nursery teams with their daily activities * To assist in setting up the learning environments indoors and outdoors * To build good partnership with parents What you need * A positive can-do attitude * Early Years/Childcare qualifications * A true passion for Early Years and Childcare * Some experience of working in a nursery or with children Benefits 9- 10 per hour experience and qualification dependant * Annual performance related pay reviews * Company awards and celebrations twice a year * 150 refer a friend bonus for recommending Kido to friends * You will receive 20 days of annual holiday which increases with length of service, accruing on a pro-rata basis * Free childcare if your child attends one of our nurseries during the hours that you're working * Access to a health care cash plan Kido is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
