Overview
We are working with a Top 50 firm in the City with a superb network of financial services clients, including leading national and international banks. The firm are seeking a lawyer with experience in Consumer Credit Act Regulation (CCA regulation) to second to their banking client for 6-12 months. The role is to start as soon as possible. Candidates are required to have experience in CCA Regulation and possess upwards of 3 years PQE. Due to the nature of the role, candidates are likely to have gained their experience In House from a banking or financial services perspective; a financial regulatory body or another law firm, and are likely to have handled FS Regulatory or Consumer Credit Act matters from a regulation and/or litigious perspective. This is a superb opportunity to work with a Top 50 law firm and be seconded to one of their banking clients. A competitive daily rate will be on offer. PQE and salary levels are purely a guide.
