Description Implement our solutions directly with Partner Markets! Partner Markets (PM) manages the relationship between Vodafone and (fixed/mobile) network operators in over 40 countries. These operators are in markets where Vodafone has no local market presence, and expand the Vodafone global footprint via partnership agreements. The Partner Markets business generates 200m annual revenues. Partner networks are supported by regional teams in Hong Kong, Moscow, Dusseldorf, Middle East, LATAM and London. Your role will be to deliver the Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives in our Partner Markets across the globe, enhancing their overall base management performance and accelerating their CVM transformation. You will lead culturally diverse project teams and engage with our local Vodafone markets to access the latest CVM best practice. You will be based within Consumer and your focus will be: Provide consulting to Partner Markets about CVM -Customer Value Management/ Base marketing (and potentially some on Digital Marketing & Big Data) through benchmarking, maturity level assessments and recommendations leading to a jointly agreed roadmap and strong strategic business relationship on marketing. This work is carried out in a consultancy like approach and often supporting business development of new opportunities with Partner Markets (e.g. projects) Deliver CVM projects to our 49 Partner Markets (PM) across the globe, enhancing their overall base management performance and CVM transformation, with a strong focus on digital. For instance: oCommercial improvement programmes oSupport Big Data and Digital Marketing acceleration applications oCapability implementation Develop and present best practices: Package and/or enhance Vodafone Operating Companies (OpCos) & Group CVM best practices and present these to our Partner markets (e.g. webinars, workshop) seeking value creation on the partner side. It would be nice if you have... Experienced leader A minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial management or marketing (e.g. CRM, Digital Marketing) with in a dynamic organisation operating in a matrix/agile model Applied to telecoms, from operations to strategy: Expertise in Base Marketing/ Customer Value Management Good understanding of Digital Marketing (e.g. app, web, DMP), advanced analytics and Big Data Preferred: Speaks 2+ languages You must have...
