Overview
Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive Salary : £25k plus KPI related bonus Location: Brighton Full time, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 Interviews will be held on Wednesday 4th March 2020. Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Executive, overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities within your base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit. Account Managers liaise between customers, internal teams and suppliers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients. You will be office-based but will also travel to meet clients when required. Responsibilities Outbound calls and emails to your allocated client base. Driving sales and communicating the services benefits at all levels. Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients in the SME space. Face to face meetings in office and at client sites when required. Generating quotations and proposals. Renegotiating expiring contracts. Upselling new products and services. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Liaising between the customer and internal teams Creating and managing a healthy pipeline from your client base. Any other duties commensurate with the post. Regular meetings with Sales Manager Meeting KPI's and Financial Targets Keeping CRM and data-base records up to date. Requirements The core competencies of the role are as follows, and will provide the framework for assessment and appraisal: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent listening skills Experience of working in a technical, account management role.
