This is a rare opportunity for an energetic Family Solicitor to join our client’s thriving practice in Aylesbury on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of family matters, whilst providing excellent client care on a daily basis. Responsibilities • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements • Cohabitation • Divorce • Separation • Ancillary relief • Schedule 1 Children Act claims • Private children matters • Injunctive proceedings • Undertaking own advocacy • Networking • Marketing The Candidate • Solicitors with 1-5 years’ PQE • Solid experience in family matters • Able to multi-task and work on own initiative • IT proficient • Has a desire for professional development The Firm A historic practice with strong roots in the local community, our client delivers a broad range of legal services to individuals and businesses.
