A high street practice based in the middle of Buckinghamshire is currently seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing department for a full-time, permanent role. Your New Firm The Family Solicitor will join a growing firm that has been in operation for over 100 years and has specialists operating in all major practices across both commercial law and private law. Your New Role The Family Solicitor will be running their own caseload of matters, advising on such issues as: Pre-nuptial Cohabitation Divorce and separation Financial settlement including Schedule 1 Children Act claims Private children and injunctive proceedings including advocacy About You Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors who demonstrate: 2 years of PQE (Negotiable – those with higher and lower PQE, as well as NQ Solicitors are welcome to apply) Experience advising on the above family law issues Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to build relationships and empathise Benefits The successful Family Solicitor will be entitled to a competitive salary and benefits package including: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience Generous holiday entitlement of 24 days plus bank holidays Company pension Career development Private healthcare Cheap car parking located near the firm A flexible working policy which includes working from home Apply Now Please submit your application today to be considered immediately for this fantastic Family Solicitor opportunity in Aylesbury for more information.
