Overview
Commercial Property Solicitor A Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a growing practice based in Buckinghamshire. You will already be a well-connected property lawyer with experience of handling a mixed caseload of commercial and domestic matters. The residential conveyancing matters are low volume, extremely high value transactions. You will have experience in the full range of property matters including sales, acquisitions, development work. Experience of secured lending is advantageous but not essential. This firm is keen to add a lawyer with excellent pedigree to the team, a book of work is desirable, but not essential as there is steady workflow into the team already. Applications are invited from Solicitors between a minimum of 5 PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
