Overview
Brilliant opportunity to join well-established legal firm in Leeds City Centre. Looking for an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for 4 Credit Controllers within a larger credit control team. Duties include; Supporting the credit manager to provide professional and effective service for the business. First point of contact to 4 Credit controllers; providing performance reviews, 121's and coaching/development. Work towards monthly cash and debt provision targets Be able to identify risks and be able to put in place actions to reduce these Run reports for the business to be analysed Liaise with clients and third parties via email, letters and phone Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role or a senior credit control role. Legal experience isn't essential but would be desirable. You will be able to demonstrate; Excellent management skills Competent in organising regular reviews Strategic thinking and be able to provide solutions for complex issues Excellent communication skills Good organisational skills - ability to work effectively in a faced passed environment IT literate Professional attitude This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior/ Team Leader Credit Controller who is wanted a new challenge in their career.
