Overview
A rapidly growing company based in Brighton & Hove seek an ACA, ACCA OR CIMA qualified Head of FP&A to report to the Operations Director. The Head of FP&A is responsible for shining the light on key metrics to drive business performance. This means the Head of FP&A will act as a facilitator and be the bridge between sales, operations and finance to produce accurate forecasts. The role will be responsible for business planning and analytical support, including provision of monthly KPI reporting and cashflow modelling. This is a highly visible business partnering role, working closely with the leadership team. Responsibilities: Maintain and reform the current cash flow model, ensuring scale plans are executed within cost and payback business cases. Help create departmental budgets.Produce cost analysis and detail cost forecasts for short and medium terms. Manage the cash flow and P&L. Calculate gross and net margins across product lines. Produce recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team. Model sales forecasts to produce detailed analysis and reports on the company’s gross and net margins. Analyse business cases and new revenue proposals monitoring margin, payback and ROI. Model customer lifetime value across all product lines. Adhoc analysis from both finance and the rest of the business as required. EBITDA, Margin, P&L forecasting and analysis. Recommend process change for budget approvals and increase spend. Analysis to help drive pricing strategy. Advanced Excel is a must for this role.
