Overview
My client, a healthcare related organisation is seeking a Head of HR to join them on an initial 3 month FTC to assist due to increased workload. Reporting into the People Director and with the ability to work from home; this position is heavily Operational HR focussed and includes: Managing 4 HR BP's Managing 2 HR Advisors Designing & enforcing HR policies and procedures Managing complex/escalated ER cases Workforce Planning Supporting People Director with HR strategy The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience in both an Operational & Strategic capacity and be able to demonstrate the above experience. Previous healthcare sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Previous people leadership of small to medium size HR teams and CIPD qualification is essential.
