Technical Business Analyst £40,000 - £45,000 Birmingham A Technical Business Analyst is required to join a successful business based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic team. The Technical Business Analysis will understand business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for assessing the impact of technology changes to the business, ensuring technical requirements for continuous service improvement projects are captured and support the business in implementing the required changes to make effective use of new systems or processes. You will bridge communication between Business stakeholders and Information Technology so it is key that you are a great communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments. The Technical Business Analyst will have proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products while being an expert in eliciting requirements, workshop facilitation, validation and prioritisation of requirements. It is key that you have experience of working on technical infrastructure projects and have an excellent understanding of technology and its impact on the business with an understanding of the full project lifecycle. You will have a strong understanding of Agile/Business Transformation skills . The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
