Lead Data Scientist - London - up to £80,000 A hugely successful global retail brand is expanding their tech team. They are looking for a talented Data Scientist to lead and mentor other scientists and also play a pivotal role in the development of the company's technical roadmap. You will be a technical leader therefore it is essential that you have good experience and understanding of various Machine Learning and Data Science methods to take on the whole process from data exploration to building models and finally productionise it. Your role will provide the best service to customers by personalising the communication between company and customer. You will be taking data from different sources and use it to build models that will be deployed as an e-commerce recommendation system. Responsibilities Provide leadership and mentor the technical team Define the data strategy and process right from data exploration to building models and productionising it Build Machine Learning models from scratch Report findings & progress to the company Identify data sources from various channels across the business Stakeholder management Be responsible for talking to different teams and understanding what needs to be done & deliver Requirements Demonstrable experience apply Machine Learning techniques Python Experience working with Cloud technologies SQL The Company This company is one of the fastest growing brands in the retail industry.
