Chartered Accountants - Accounts Assistant - Blackpool - Up to £22,000 (DOE) - Full study support Your new firm A leading firm of chartered accountants based in Blackpool are looking to recruit an accounts assistant into their friendly team. The firm have an excellent reputation in the market and deal with a wide spectrum of clients from single subcontractors to limited companies with multi-million-pound turnovers. The firm offer a wide range of accounting services both compliance and value added. Your new role In this Blackpool based Accounts job you will report into a manager and be responsible for the preparation of year-end financial statements and the corporation tax computations for a range of limited companies, partnerships and sole traders alongside preparing personal tax returns, VAT returns & bookkeeping work. This role may include some audit work and this skill be will be taught. You will also take responsibility for liaising with clients via phone and email. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this Blackpool based accounts job you will need to have worked in an accountancy practice previously. You will need to be able to work to strict deadlines, be self-motivated and have a good attention to detail. On top of this you should have good Microsoft excel skills, be self-motivated and be able to work individually or as part of a team.
