IT Service Desk Analyst - Up to £25,000 Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Fortune 500 facilities management company. Based in South West London, they have been providing management services for clients over many years. Your new role You will be required to provide 1st Line IT Support of all contact made to the Service Desk through email, phone or the IT portal. You will have a 1st & 2nd Line Technical support ability in order to succeed within the role. Liaising with external 3rd parties to provide subcontracted services while providing asset management support to the head of departments.
