Overview
This is a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join a UK focused mixed-use developer based in central London. Client Details This opportunity is with a privately-owned UK focused property developer. They have a demonstrable track record of delivering residential-led mixed-use schemes across London and the South East. Description As the Project Manager your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing consultant teams, main contractors, and subcontractors; Managing pricing through commercial analysis and negotiation as appropriate; Ensure contract project documentation is compiled accurately and in a timely fashion through liaison with relevant teams (e.g. legal); Manage the design team throughout the project life-cycle; Assess the impact of proposed variations to construction works; Monitor and review performance on sit throughout. Profile As a strong applicant for this Project Manager position you will: Possess a strong academic background and relevant industry qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, RIBA, etc.); Demonstrate success in a Developer-side position, ideally with project management or quantity surveying responsibilities; Possess significant site/delivery exposure (ideally overseeing mixed-use developments); Show a good level of competence handling excel spreadsheets and project documentation; Be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and both internally and externally. Job Offer The offer to the successful candidate will be between £60,000-£70,000 benefits.
