£44,000 - £50,000 p/a | 37.5 Hour Contract - Days | Experience Essential An experienced RGN/Adult Nurse with experience in a managerial role within a surgical ward setting is required to work as Surgical Ward and Pre-Op Assessment Nurse Manager in a leading private hospital in North London. You will promote best practices of care are delivered and will participate in Clinical Governance, Audits and investigations when required. Candidates for this Surgical Ward & Pre-Op Assessment Manager position should be: NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN Have completed recognised management and mentorship qualifications, ideally in addition to post-registration studies and training in Intensive Care/HDU nursing At least 4 years’ experience in a senior sister role in a surgical ward setting, along with senior level Intensive Care/HDU experience Experience managing and mentoring junior colleagues, training staff and undertaking HR duties, with a positive, proactive approach to leadership Financially aware and confident managing departmental budgets Good knowledge of clinical governance and audit processes For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
