Technical Business Analyst
Overview
Technical Business Analyst - Edinburgh - 9 month contract This programme will deliver new applications into the technology landscape to do with credit risk decisioning, savings and loans and docusign. We are seeking a strong tech BA with knowledge in these areas. In order to support the implementation, configuration and subsequent maintenance of these applications, the programme requires the input of a Technical Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gaining a detailed understanding of the above applications. They will be responsible for ensuring that the technology is implemented, configured correctly and that the detailed integrations into these applications have been correctly understood. The Business Analyst is also responsible for supporting the ongoing run of the application once in production and is therefore critical to ensuring service to our customers. If this role were not approved, this would mean a lack of technical understanding of the applications, which could result in incorrect setup and configuration which could impact programme timescales. Additionally this may also result in failures to actively manage the applications once in production The ideal candidate for this role is a BA who comes from a technical background and has the ability to manage technical stakeholders.
