Deliver projects & products using appropriate agile methodology, learning & iterating frequently Working with the Senior Product Manager and other stakeholders to contribute to the success of the product roadmap Be an active collaborator in the planning process with our development teams and relevant stakeholders - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity, capability and criticality of the teams and requirements Scope product requirements and draft technical specifications for the development teams Implement appropriate product delivery governance standards, ensuring completion of all controls and documentation Track and manage issue resolution process and the development backlog Working with our development teams, identify resource and asset requirements to achieve each sprint delivery Ensure that all Project burn and status reporting is accurate, informative and timely Detailed understanding of the Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAIDs) process. Ensure all project RAIDs are identified, logged, owned and tracked regularly. Proactively manage any changes in scope, communicating to stakeholders and agreed through the formal change control process with our development teams Work with the Test Analyst to ensure the appropriate test scripts are in place for new releases and collaborate on the acceptance process for UAT testing The Essentials… You need to have: A passion for innovating customer experiences through digital product development Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity Understanding of the digital landscape / Software Development Lifecycle Experience of working with third party developers and resources. Proficient using MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proficient using Atlassian Suite (Jira & Confluence) Where will you be?
