Overview
Legal Counsel A top 10 FTSE business, my client is looking for a lawyer to join them to support on a 3 month rolling contract, starting as soon as possible This role is likely to be within IR35. They need someone to join one of their operation teams, leading and managing legal and regulatory risk on behalf of the business. The work will involve negotiation and drafting on a broad range of global transactions, including master services, global frameworks etc. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP and have 5 years PQE working in a commercial in-house position (likely within FMCG/Pharma/ Food) .
