Overview
Do you want to work for an exciting law firm in Liverpool City Centre with the possibility of working from home a couple of days a week? Are you an experienced Cost Draftsman/Negotiator? If so then I could have the perfect role for you My client is looking for someone to help with continued growth of their firm. Candidates will be handling UK caseload of both fixed and standard costs. You will be responsible for: Drafting Costs Budgets and Budget discussion reports Drafting N260’s Issuing Part 8 proceedings Preparation of cases for Detailed Assessment Negotiation of costs to settlement Essential Requirements are: Up to date working knowledge of CPR procedures and current case law with regards to both fixed and standard costs Knowledge of the Solicitors Act S.70 dispute process Experience using case management systems
