HR Process Analyst - Reading - 12 Month Contract - £35p/h (Inside IR35) ARM have an exciting opportunity for an HR Analyst to join one of our clients in Reading on a 12 Month Contract. This position will be focussing predominantly on mapping out and reviewing current processes, then contributing to the improvement and re-design of them so Process experience is high on the priority list for this role. Responsibilities: Map out HR processes currently used by the company and report back to the project team. Have a say in the improvement and re-design of HR Processes Have large involvement with the project team to achieve the best possible outcome. Manage the design as well as the implementation and maintenance of the HR Processes. Requirements: Process design and mapping experience. Experience in leading process and service improvements Experience in process and system change implementation Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Workday experience desired Able to manage change.
