Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Associate, you will have proven operations and client communication experience from Banking, Investment, Stockbroking or retail banking. Experience of client reporting, valuations, bank reconciliations experience. We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional approach to client service who understands that the needs of clients are at the heart of everything the firm does. You must have a can-do attitude and a supportive approach to team members are essential attributes. Three years plus of financial services experience ideally but will look at candidates with slightly less experience but you must have a desire to develop skills and knowledge within a demanding work environment. Excellent telephone manner and solid experience in servicing clients on the phone is required. A very good command of written English is also imperative as you will be responsible for dealing with client email enquiries on a daily basis. The candidate will be engaged in the business and will show this through building relationships, seeking to self-improve and taking an interest in the future of the firm. You will be involved with enquiry management, handling inbound calls and emails from the clients. Ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when producing, checking and distributing regular client communications Producing client reporting, including monthly holding reports, valuations and tax vouchers as well as being involved in providing MI data to the business Reconciling cash to bank, including accounts at the custodian, adherence to Companies House rules regarding the management of companies and use of a third party to manage this Bringing onboard new clients, processing new client applications for tax products, initial & ongoing screening and ensuring compliance with regulator obligations and Company policies.
