HR & Recruitment Apprentice (CIPD L3) - Central London - £18,000-£20,000 PA Exceptional Benefits We are recruiting for a prestigious international law firm in Central London who are looking for an motivated individual to come on board with them as an apprentice within the HR and recruitment function. This is an initial 2 year contract where you will be fully supported whilst completing a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD). This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to begin their career within HR within a well-established and friendly team. For the right candidate progression to further your career in HR/recruitment or legal is available. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and queries from other departments, 3rd parties and candidates, providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, recording and giving messages and building relationships. You will provide general administration, filing and archiving, maintenance of e-files and monitor and process correspondence. Other key responsibilities include: Diary management for the team and key dates (birthdays, special events) within the office Assist and support the team with recruitment (interview organisation, travel, booking meeting rooms) Support with on-boarding new employees (producing contracts, induction Providing support and attending recruitment events Processing interview expenses Become a 'Super User’ of Workday Skills: Strong attention to detail Good organisation Exceptional customer service Excellent communication Strong user of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Proactive and able to multi task well Along with a strong salary and full support for L3 CIPD qualification an outstanding benefits package is offered as part of the package including core and flexible benefits such as on-site gym facilities, GP Service, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus and extra day off for your birthday.
