A Residential Support Worker position is available working in a 4-bed residential children's home, working with children and young people with emotional behaviour disorders As the Residential Support Worker , you're required to provide an outstanding quality of care, act as an appropriate role model and protect the children at all times. For your hard work, you will receive, 30 days annual leave, progression opportunities and free parking Benefits for the Residential Support Worker include: Generous annual leave of 30 days Progression opportunities Additional payments for sleep-in's Free meals on site Work 2 out of 4 weekends only Requirements of the Residential Support Worker include: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce is essential Experience working in a residential setting with young people who display emotional behaviour disorders (essential) Commitment to completing training and qualifications Ensuring to maintain the company values and regulations Clean UK driving license (essential) Commitments to work weekends, long days, early shifts and late shifts Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker include: Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
