Job Description
Our client is an Independent Chartered Surveying practice who provide building surveying, valuation, property management and agency services to a range of domestic and commercial clients in the local market. Due to growth they are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their practice with option to be based from their office in Southampton or home-based, covering South Hampshire & Dorset patch. The practice has a growing reputation and is looking for someone to develop their residential surveying service. Role & Responsibilities: * Predominately residential Building Surveys * Home-buyer reports * Some mortgage valuations Skills & Experience: * MRICS or AssocRICS * Experienced undertaking residential Building Surveys * Able to work autonomously and as part of a small team * Comfortable client facing Salary & Benefits: * 40-55k Base salary (depending on experience) * Car or Car Allowance * Home-based working available * Small friendly team, Non-corporate environment To Apply: To apply please call Andrew Lambert at Property Partners Recruitment on 02382 354100 or click Apply Now.
