£17.00 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6) | 48 hours p/w (24 hours supernumerary) | Days only | Paid Breaks A qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse is required to work as Deputy Manager of a leading care home in the Milngavie area. The home offers elderly, dementia and disability care to older adults. What the home is offering and details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD position: • 48 hours per week (24 hours supernumerary) • Days only • Great rates of pay of £17.00 per hour (equivalent to NHS Band 6) - Negotiable depending on experience • A supportive working environment with ongoing Learning and Development prospects • Free parking and subsidised transport • Free uniforms • Generous annual leave allowance As RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.
