Overview
Information Security Deputy to report to the Information Security Lead. The Assistant Security Officer will work with technical architects and PM's to provide advice on IT Security Architecture. As it is a SME the Information Security Officer will have a broad range of Cyber Security experience. Some of the Information Security Officers responsibilities will include; Evaluating systems for vulnerabilities Detecting and responding to IT Security incidents Advising on preventative action Deputising as and when Design, implementation and maintenance of security intelligence technologies. Use monitoring techniques to improve security Act as a Security Technical Authority - defining security processes to ensure project deliverables Conduct security research Be a member of the Information Security forum. The right person will have good information security operations experience preferrably in banking.
