Adecco Cramlington are delighted to represent their client in a search for a Telecoms Installation Coordinator, to join their growing team. We are actively seeking 5 candidates, to join the business, add value through their experiences within similar industries. Please see below the necessary person specifications: Job purpose - Co-ordinate the daily installation of products into customer's homes in regions throughout the UK. Duties and responsibilities:  Manage and co-ordinate the successful completion of all engineer installations within agreed time windows from our Newcastle base  Plan efficient routes and set achievable ETA's  Keep customers aware of any appointments which may fall outside of the ETA  Maximise the Right First Time (RFT) completion rate of all installations  Maximise the Net Promoter Scoring (NPS) of all installations  Ensure customers receive excellent customer service  Ensure accurate job completion on software management systems with particular attention to stock control and status codes Qualifications and Attributes - Essential:  Excellent customer service skills  Ability to co-ordinate and manage scheduled work within agreed timescales  A drive to success and attain top performance metrics  Good personality and communication skills to overcome potential for low NPS scores which could arise from a poor installation experience, inclusive of jobs failing to be completed within agreed time windows during the day Desirable  Knowledge of digital TV and satellite TV installations  Knowledge of communal / distributed TV systems Experience - Desirable:  Previous experience in an installation co-ordination role / job scheduling Should you believe you can support my client in their business, and want a temporary to permanent opportunity - please apply today Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
