Overview
Our client, local to Uxbridge town centre is seeking a Scheduler to join their established team. Role duties; Schedule calls for repairs and dispatching to Engineers Schedule repairs to ensure quick resolution Assisting with pre-planning of installations Scheduling and planning preventative maintenance services Schedule works for third party engineers Work closely with Technical Team and progressing calls accordingly Ensure customers receive clear notification on attendance via phone and email Answering incoming calls from Engineers Respond to emails in the Dispatching folder within timescales Review the schedule throughout the working day to ensure effective planning You will need to have previous scheduling experience along with good attention to detail and the ability to work and remain calm under pressure.
