Overview

A leading provider of Engineering Maintenance Provider has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join their expanding FM team paying up to £26,000 per annum. Based in London Responsibilities: · To effectively manage the helpdesk, service and administrative staff and function · Produce operational reports internally and externally · To manage and assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for invoicing · To ensure timesheets and all other necessary records are produced, checked and submitted in a timely and effective manner · To ensure all planned works are completed and to report on exceptions · Monitor and maintain sub-contractors' work · Coordinate resources on a daily/ weekly basis to ensure all PPM and reactive work flows are covered off by engineering resources or specialist sub-contractors · Oversee client CAFM systems and ensure close out of jobs · Manage follow up works · Set up of new clients on systems · Set up Assets & PPM schedules · Manage collation and issue of log books · Raise maintenance purchase orders · Manage Engineering cloud based training · Manage IT Equipment issued to employees · Manage Uniform & PPE issued to engineers · Regular cleanse of CAFM systems Joblogic & E-Logbooks · Manage duties of office cleaners · Manage stock levels of office stationery and bottled water supplies · To monitor and record the response of Technicians to Help Desk requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: · In-depth helpdesk and administration management experience within the Facilities Management industry · Experience of Concept, Care manager, Planet is desirable · Experience of SLA’s and KPI Monitoring · Proven track record of managing mobile and resident teams · Proven ability to work to deadlines and schedules to meet both operational and financial targets · Able to communicate at all levels · Excellent telephone manner · Able to lead a team and work as part of a team · Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills For further information or to discuss your application please contact Melisa at the The InVictus Group on 0207 397 5301
