A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join a top US law firm in the City. This law firm are very well-respected, with several practices top ranked in the legal directories, and their HR Coordinators have lots of responsibility from the off. The successful Legal Recruitment Coordinator can look forward to working closely with the Director of Legal Recruitment with a focus on the recruitment of Lawyers. You will also get involved in Partner recruitment and have the opportunity to assist the Graduate team too. The ideal Legal Recruitment Coordinator will be someone who enjoys building relationships at all different levels in a busy and fast-paced role. The role: Lateral recruitment across London and EMEA Contributing to recruitment strategies Managing speculative applications Scheduling and attending interviews Building relationships with recruitment agencies Managing the offer process Researching and reporting on recruitment processes, both internally and in the broader market About you: Prior recruitment experience from another top law firm or a legal recruitment agency. Someone who enjoys building rapport, as a big part of your role will be developing relationships with Partners and other senior stakeholders across the firm. Self-starter with a keen eye for detail. Team player. This Legal Recruitment Coordinator role would suit someone in an Assistant role looking to step up, or someone working with a recruitment agency looking for their first role in house.
