Overview

We are looking for a Desktop Analyst to join our IT team based in our Central London offices. The Desktop Analyst is responsible for dealing with IT technical issues and tasks that have been escalated to the Desktop Support Team, via the IT Service Desk. We are keen to secure a candidate with experience of working in an IT 1st/2nd line line/desktop analyst role, ideally in a corporate environment. Candidates should also have experience of using an established Service Desk ticketing tool and knowledge of Blackberry, Big Hand, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, mobile devices etc. We offer a nurturing and collaborative environment alongside a competitive salary.
