IFA Administrator Fareham, Hampshire Context Recruitment is pleased to present an excellent opportunity to work for a firm of IFAs who due to a recent merger and looking for a talented and experienced IFA Administrator (ideally having passed CII Exams) to join them in their Fareham office. My client is a well-established, highly ethical and professional financial services company who pride themselves on their high standards and building fair and genuine relationships with their clients. About the Job: As an experienced IFA Administrator your responsibility will be to support the firm and IFAs with all administrative responsibilities and client correspondence. Key responsibilities will include: Answering all queries from clients and financial advisers in a timely manner. Processing new applications and taking responsibility of administration through to completion Supervising and chasing any outstanding documentation as required Providing an excellent customer experience and answering all inbound telephone calls from Financial Advisers, investors, or any third parties. Accurately updating and maintaining the client database Issuing Client and Financial Adviser correspondence by post or email with a high degree of care and accuracy Carrying out general administrative duties such as processing transfer requests, photocopying, scanning and filing Providing general support to the team and management as and when required Hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Who's right for the job? The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated Administrator with a background in the Financial/Investment Services and Financial Planning industry. Ideally you will have passed your CII exams however this is not essential (although you will have a willingness to study and work towards further industry qualifications). You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy at all times. You will be well-organised and have strong planning and prioritisation skills in order to meet agreed targets and expectations whilst retaining client relationship as your core focus.
