Overview

Our client, the Fareham office of a National Financial Planning group, are seeking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator / Client Advisor support Administrator. Working closely with the Director of the friendly Fareham office, you will act as the point of contact for client queries for pensions, investments and insurance products as well as liaising with product providers and supporting the general office administration. You will work alongside IFA's and planners to ensure that business is conducted accurately and clients receive personal excellent service. Key responsibilities Preparation of client review packs Illustration requests Back office support Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the Firm's procedures Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client and firm's files are well presented, accurate and compliant Diary management We are looking for an experienced Administrator from a financial services or insurance background. Knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial services products. Knowledge of working in a regulated environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines. Full support will be provided towards study for professional qualifications and there are excellent opportunities to progress within the firm. The basic salary is unto £25,000 DOE bonus and excellent benefits including pension, PMI, life assurance etc. You may well be currently working in a client facing or administrator role within: financial services, an IFA practice or a broker office, or a financial services or insurance provider.
